The U.P.I.A. is hosting their Sprucevale Campout & Ghost Hunt on June, 21st, 2008 but there is only
a limited amount of spots available. The fee for this event is $30 per person which covers admission for the ghost hunt, food,
beverages, and a U.P.I.A. event T-shirt, which will be provided at the Ghost Hunt.
We will provide hot dogs, chips, marshmallows, bottled water, and cola. Please bring your own roasting
sticks and anything else that you would like to have.
NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED
This is an over night event so please bring a tent if you want to rest at any point during the night. Please
note that this is a tent only site so no camping vehicles are permitted.
While the U.P.I.A. is more then happy to show guests how we work certain equipment, we do ask that our
guests have a basic understanding of paranormal investigations and that they bring any ghost hunting equipment that they own.
It is suggested that each person have at least a camera, a flashlight, plenty of extra batteries, good walking
shoes, and a jacket.
No one under the age of 15 is permitted at this event and a parent or guardian must accompany those under
the age of 18.
The U.P.I.A. reserves the right to request individuals who purposely disprupt, disturb, or harass the U.P.I.A. investigation
team, or any of our guests, to leave our camp ground site and ghost hunt without a refund.
We want to have fun with all of our guests but we also are very serious about the work we do.
The online application must be filled out and approved by an Officer of the U.P.I.A. before
submitting payment. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing information
for submitting payment along with information on the times we are meeting up.
Money orders and Paypal are the forms of payment that will be taken. Please, no checks.
Applications which have not been completed in full, or approved applications that do not get their
payment in by the deadline, will be automatically rejected.
Every guest will be asked to sign a release form and disclaimer once they arrive at the camp grounds. This
release form must be read and signed before our guests can take part in a ghost hunt.

hunt under control and to be of true benefit to everyone who is conducting investigations****
